Do I need an account to donate?
No. Pay by card and the receipt goes to your email.
Will my name be shown?
If you choose anonymous, your name is not shown publicly.
Where does my money go?
Straight to the organiser's bank account: 94% on a verified campaign, 90% on an unverified one. 2% is the payment fee, the rest is Solidarity's.
For organisers
What do I need to start?
A phone or email, your story, one photo and your bank account (IBAN).
How do I get my campaign verified?
Upload evidence (certificate, invoice, contract) as photos. Once an admin approves it the campaign gets the ✔ badge and you receive 94% instead of 90%.
When do I get the money?
With every donation, as soon as it is paid — straight to your account. No withdrawal request is needed.
Verification
How long are my documents kept?
7 days. Then the files are deleted from the server automatically; the admin's decision is kept.
Legal
Who is responsible for a campaign?
The organiser is responsible for the campaign and the use of the money. Solidarity checks evidence but does not guarantee outcomes.
